Key highlights from this edition include:

• 97.3% of employees received at least 8 hours of training in 2024
• 11,089 hours of training over two years
• 100% of discretionary mandates now include clients’ ESG preferences
• A new Responsible Investment Charter built around transparency, measurability and materiality
• From 2025, on-demand ESG portfolio analysis will be available alongside traditional financial analysis
