###### Strengthening our commitment to sustainability.

At Piguet Galland, we believe that responsible finance goes hand in hand with long-term trust. That’s why we are committed to transparently reporting on our social and environmental initiatives each year.

We are pleased to share our **2024 ESG Report**, highlighting our actions, progress and ambitions.

Key highlights from this edition include:

- **97.3% of employees** received at least 8 hours of training in 2024
- **11,089 hours of training** over two years
- **100% of discretionary mandates** now include clients’ ESG preferences
- A **new Responsible Investment Charter** built around transparency, measurability and materiality
- From 2025, **on-demand ESG portfolio analysis** will be available alongside traditional financial analysis

These efforts are part of a broader strategy to combine performance and sustainability — for our clients, our teams and society as a whole.
