Piguet Galland & Cie SA has published the results of its annual client experience survey. Conducted in September 2026 by research institute YouGov among nearly 2,500 clients, the survey received 503 completed responses. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) rose by nine points year-on-year to reach +75, while overall client satisfaction remained at 9.2 out of 10.
With an NPS of +75, up from +66 in 2025, clients' willingness to recommend Piguet Galland to friends and family has reached a new high. Nearly eight in ten respondents (78%) are classified as promoters, awarding the bank a score of 9 or 10, while the already small proportion of detractors has halved.
This loyalty is primarily driven by the quality of the personalised service clients receive. Promoters describe a close relationship with their adviser, where sound financial advice goes hand in hand with attentive listening and genuine personal consideration. This bond strengthens over time, with NPS reaching +83 among clients who have been with the bank for more than ten years.
Overall client satisfaction stands at 9.2 out of 10, confirming the bank's ability to maintain consistently high standards year after year. More than nine in ten clients (93%) award a score between 8 and 10, while over half of respondents give the bank the highest possible rating.
This high level of satisfaction is consistent across the client base, regardless of country of residence or length of relationship with the bank. Clients who have been with Piguet Galland for more than ten years report the highest satisfaction levels, with an average score of 9.4.
Personalised advice and client service remain the most highly rated aspects of the client experience, with an average score of 9.4 out of 10. The results also reflect positive feedback on the bank's digital tools, particularly its website and eBanking platform. This development reinforces Piguet Galland's commitment to combining close personal relationships with digital solutions tailored to its clients' needs.
When asked how they expect their relationship with the bank to evolve over the next six months, 98% of clients anticipate maintaining or strengthening it.
For Piguet Galland, this annual survey remains an essential means of listening to its clients. The feedback collected helps shape the bank's priorities for the years ahead, particularly in enhancing the digital client experience.
Commenting on the results, Olivier Calloud, CEO of Piguet Galland, said:
“Achieving a nine-point increase in NPS from an already high level demonstrates the strength of the relationships between our clients and their advisers. This achievement is above all a credit to our teams, whose personal approach and commitment make the difference. We will continue to invest in the quality of these relationships as well as in our digital tools, ensuring that every client receives an experience worthy of the trust they place in us.”
