I've blocked my eBanking access. What should I do?

Learn how to unblock your eBanking account.

For security reasons, your eBanking access is blocked as soon as you enter the wrong PIN code or password three times in succession.

To unlock it:

  • Contact your Piguet Galland contact person or call reception on +41 58 310 40 00.
  • After identification, your contact person will unlock your eBanking access.
  • Once the access has been unlocked, you can reconnect to eBanking.

If you can't remember your eBanking password or PIN, you can also have it reset in just a few minutes by contacting us.
