What should I do if my eBanking login or password is invalid?

The system indicates that the password or username is invalid.

When you log in to eBanking, a red message informs you, "The access code entered, or the password entered is not valid". Here are the steps to follow to resolve this problem:

  • First, ensure you correctly enter your username and password, checking that they are case-sensitive and have no typos.
  • If you continue to experience difficulties, please get in touch with your advisor or reception at +41 58 310 40 00.

⚠️ Please note that the initial password must be changed when you log on for the first time, the one received by post is no longer valid.
