Piguet Galland is proud to announce that it has once again been named one of the “Best Workplaces™ Suisse Romande 2025”, a prestigious recognition awarded on 2 October at the Salon RH in Lausanne by Great Place To Work®.
This distinction highlights the Bank’s ongoing commitment to fostering a corporate culture built on trust, wellbeing and the personal fulfilment of its employees. It also reflects Piguet Galland’s determination to remain an employer of choice in French-speaking Switzerland, known for its human, open and respectful approach.
A recognition marked by a special tribute
The 2025 edition holds a particularly special meaning for Piguet Galland, as the Bank celebrates this year the 45-year career of Murielle Spahni, who has been with the institution since 1980. On this occasion, she received the award on behalf of all employees, alongside Marina Bianchi-Galanti, Head of Human Resources, and Sylvie de Blaireville, Training Manager. Together, they embody the spirit of loyalty, closeness and commitment that characterises the institution.
A people-centred culture
More than 10,000 employees were surveyed across French-speaking Switzerland as part of the Great Place To Work® study. Piguet Galland stood out for:
- the implementation of flexible working policies supporting a healthy work–life balance;
- strong managerial proximity fostering trust and active listening;
- ambitious initiatives in the field of sustainable development.
A sustainable and inspiring work environment
The Bank is committed to promoting a workplace where everyone can contribute fully, grow and find meaning in their work. This commitment is reflected in tailor-made training programmes, initiatives fostering innovation and internal mobility, and concrete actions in support of social and environmental responsibility.
“Being once again recognised among the Best Workplaces in French-speaking Switzerland is both a source of pride and an encouragement to continue our efforts. We are convinced that our success is built on our people, and Murielle Spahni’s story perfectly illustrates the loyalty and collective spirit that drive us,”
says Olivier Calloud, CEO of Piguet Galland.
