A standout excerpt from the interview: the importance of an omnichannel client experience
“The new version of our mobile platform and e-banking platform was first and foremost about redefining the client digital journey and strengthening, like you mentioned, our omnichannel communication. What we want is to have more interaction with our clients and to interact much more easily with our clients. And I really think that a mobile channel is key and essential for, even for a private bank like we are. If we want to better serve a new generation of clients, the new generation of clients, those new young entrepreneurs or the children of our existing clients who, which are, they are, I would say, digital native. And they expect to have the same high-touch, personalized experience online as they do in person. That’s really important. And it’s not only having the same in-person service. They also want to have the whole relationship with the bank connected to them.”
— Michèle Luyet
This approach highlights Piguet Galland’s commitment to combining excellence in personalised service with technological innovation, in order to meet the expectations of an increasingly connected clientele.
